- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for multiple training sessions purchased. Each person is different and some will require more than others to achieve their goal, my pricing takes this into consideration and reflects that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple! First new clients will fill out an intake packet I email to them, this will provide me information as to the individuals health history, any previous training, injuries, etc. Once I receive this back I review it in detail and set up a time to speak on the phone, email, or text (I completely understand busy and sometimes it's easier to respond to a quick text or email, this is completely fine). Once I have all the information about the individual and desired outcome I can then go and begin creating a nutrition plan (meals & supplementation) and fitness plan (workouts) to fit that individuals lifestyle and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist (ISSA), I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (NCCPT/ACSM), as well as a Pro Athletic Bikini Competitor in the NSL.
