I cannot say enough good things about Jose and Fix Right Pros. Not only did they answer an emergency text from me at 12:45a about the heat in my rental property going out, they scheduled me for 9a that morning. I have a short term rental so problems need to be fixed fast and they were on it (not to mention it was 15 degrees!). Jose was professional, kind, explained the situation to me in a way I understood, charged a very fair price, and from diagnosis to fixed took under an hour! I will definitely be contacting again for any future HVAC needs. Thank you Jose!

Jose could not have been more responsive! Our AC unit stopped working at night. I contacted Jose early in the morning and he had our problem fixed before 9:30 AM. Thankfully it was just the capacitor that needed to be replaced, which he happened to have it in his truck. I appreciated his 6 month money back policy in case the part didn’t work, but that was not needed. So thankful that we only needed a part and not a whole new unit!

HIRE THIS COMPANY TODAY! Jose and FixRightPros are phenomenal! I called to get a quote to replace my AC unit because other pros had told me I needed a whole new unit. Jose came in, fixed everything for 1/10 of what the other people were charging me to repair and told me if the repair didn't work he would give me a full refund. His quote to replace the unit was also 1/3 of the others too. He's smart. Fast. From the time I reached out on Thumbtack to my AC working again was less than 3 hours. I cannot say enough good things about Jose and this company!
