John was eminently knowledgeable about the entire spectrum of alcohol-related charges in Colorado. He was concise, honest, up-front, and thorough. I could tell you how that thanks To Mr. Buckley, I walked out of the courtroom today due to a DWAI probation revocation. Because of his attention to detail, I am able continue my life. I charge a flat fee for my clients so they know exactly what things will cost up front with no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with each client individually. I am a solo practitioner so I will never hand your file off to a paralegal or a younger associate. I will work with you to determine the facts of the case and the best way to defend your case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I'm not in court or working on a specific client's file, I'm reading and studying the latest scientific literature regarding forensic alcohol testing. I regularly attend DUI defense conferences and have even been asked to lecture at them.
