Our heater went out and we were scrambling to get it fixed or replaced before the imminent storm that was coming. We called Primary Air Home Services and Dara was able to come out the next day. He even moved his schedule around to accommodate us knowing the weather was about to turn and we would need heat to get through it comfortably .
Dara was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He walked me through all the technical details of our system and was spot on about what was wrong with it. We knew we needed to replace our furnace because it's about 25 years old and probably outlived it's lifespan, however, Dara was able to provide us with a temporary solution to get us through until he could get us a proper quote and get the new furnace installed.
With that in mind, he even went out of his way to drive to a local distributor to get a part we needed that would cost less than OEM so we wouldn't be paying an arm and leg for a temporary fix.
Dara also continued to check in on us and made sure things were operating as expected. We chose to have him replace our AC unit as well which went off without a hitch! I couldn't be more happier!
The honesty and integrity that was oozing out of Dara should be a model for any business! Thank you for taking care of us!

I recently experienced issues with my A/C unit freezing up everytime we turned it on to cool our home. Gave Primary Air Home Services a call Friday and spoke with the owner Dara. He tried to help me trouble shoot the issue over the phone. He had me check the airflow and the filters. Hoping that would save me the cost of him coming out and fixing the problem. To my luck that didn't fix the issue. Dara was able to come out the following day which was a Saturday. He spent about 2-3hrs checking the entire system. Found out my A/C condensor was filthy, and he cleaned what he could due to access of the condensor. Then he pressure tested the system for leaks, and found out I was low on freon as well. We ended up doing a freon charge, full clean out, and he installed a new digital thermostat since our was the cheap generic one that came with the house. I was very happy with the results. He got our A/C unit working again and keeping everyone in the house cool. I would highly recommend his fast, and honest service. Came right in and trouble shooted the issues and got straight to work. Thanks again Dara for your service! We will be calling you for a full HVAC system soon.

I had an issue with a water leak and Primary Air came to the rescue. The communication and promptness alone was 5 star. Dara walked me through start to finish what he was going to do and the cost. If youre looking for no nonsense straightforward service youve got to call for Dara at Primary Air Home Services. I look forward to additional services being added momentarily but for today I needed a flux capacitor replaced on my AC unit outside. I dont know what its called but, he came through with the universal component ready. He was able to take my payment right here on the spot and Im very very happy with my cool flowing air. I totally recommend.
