Sarah was friendly yet totally professional. She responded quickly to my post and we were able to set up a meeting the next day. It didn't bother her that we met outside on the porch due to the Covid restrictions and she followed all the CDC guidelines during the signing of our Wills. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mobile notary services are $5 per signature, plus a travel fee. The travel fee is based on your distance from 81082. After 8 pm, add $20. Travel fee (from 81082): 10 miles or less, $35 11-20 miles, $45 21-30 miles, $55 31-40 miles, $65 Contact me to discuss trips over 40 miles. I offer a 25% discount for individuals in nursing facilities, group homes, and hospice care.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When submitting a request, let me know what form(s) you will need to have notarized. Please have the following items at our appointment: * Valid photo IDs for all parties * Copy of the form(s) to be notarized (I can print for you if you send me the file)

I've made a career out of being detail oriented. My life as an editor means I'll defend you from the sneakiest of errors.
