FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You should know that for us to get to know him, we need to pay to contact him—and it’s not just about the money; it’s about showing genuine interest. If you are truly interested, click the link or ask about his offers, discounts, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a six-step process: client contact and needs assessment; proposal and quote; agreement and down payment; development and execution; and final delivery and project closure—or ongoing follow-up (monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in tourism management and have worked in high-end hotels—not just 5-star properties, but also Diamond-rated ones. While they may seem different, they share common elements: customer service, attention to detail, commitment, loyalty, and respect—ingredients that set you apart.
