I am a listing agent for REOs. I have 1 million E&O. I have a list of qualified vendors to do repair/replace. I am always available to get whatever issue arises, as they often do, as soon as possible. I have been doing landscape/interior cleaning for REO properties. I do BPOs, MMRs, property inspections, occupancy checks, and eviction with or without sheriff. I go above and beyond when it comes to getting property closed, and have strong allegiance with clients and their needs; I have 2 websites, and am very easy to work with. I have several credible lenders at my fingertips to help those in need of loans. I have several references if needed. They include Altisource, AHMSI, Green River Capital, Nations First, Power-REO, and Single Source to name a few. I enjoy my job; I work diligently to get the property closed. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Make sure they are a designated Realtor. Inquire about concerns the Realtor can assist on a professional level with and get more than 1 estimate/bid/quote to keep everyone honest and best price...make sure they are licensed and insured.Inquire about experience...straight sale,REO's,HUD,VA/FHA loans, and contacts to get job done. I was primarily REO listing agent, with a few standard sales with the average public sprinkled in. Obama's foreclosure moratorium has put me on a tight rope. REO foreclosures are still foreclosures but they are advertised as Short Sales, being sold by individual, but the bank/mortgage holder is in control and decides what price to set/accept/negotiate.
