I am all about how to be adabtable and how to move quick on your feet (or off - the ground). Martial arts is about developing a foundation! (the ground - getting up, grappling from your back, striking to get back to your feet from the ground) striking standing -(using distance/angles, neutrality or close quarter combatives) and grappling standing/counter grappling off steps, grappling movements or strikes!)
HBS2 (Human biomechanics level 2) certified if you need help dealing with injuries as well! Corrective exercise goes hand and hand with martial arts

Why Your Workouts Are Failing Your Martial Arts
"If you only train in straight lines, you’ll break when things get curvy."
1. The Problem: The "Stuck Plane" Syndrome
Most traditional training happens in the sagittal plane (up and down, forward and back). But martial arts is a chaotic dance of rotations.
Repetitive Stress: Constant punching or kicking without proper integration creates "hot spots" in your joints.
The Plateau: You lose power because your body has forgotten how to use the Transverse Plane (rotation). Your muscles are working against each other, not with each other.
2. The Solution: Functional Patterns (FP)
We don't just train muscles; we train blueprints. By focusing on the Kinetic Chain, we ensure that every strike starts at the floor and travels through a stabilized core.
Decompression: We move you out of "compressed" postures that cause back and knee pain.
Elasticity: We turn your fascia into a spring. When you coil your hips, you aren't just using strength—you're using stored elastic energy.
3. The Result: A "Bulletproof" Body
Mobility that Matters: It’s not about touching your toes; it’s about having the range of motion to throw a high kick without your standing hip giving out.
Injury Prevention: By correcting your gait and posture, we remove the "friction" in your movements that leads to tears and strains.
Efficient Power: Strike harder, move faster, and recover quicker because your body is finally moving the way it was evolutionarily designed to move.
"Stop training for the mirror. Start training for the movement. Let’s unlock your transverse power and keep you on the mats for life."
