- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading and taking webinar classes. I take at least one webinar every month and am always in touch with all the top experts in their given field so I know what is new and how things are changing on a minute to minute basis. No one person can be a social media guru or expert since it is ever changing and there are so many networks out there; However, we can certainly be specialist and strive to stay in the know and bring out clients value though our understanding.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of my clients come to me to learn how to use social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. I teach my clients through classes and/or private lessons, how to use social media for business and personal use. Many times my clients will want to just focus on thier work and they will hire my company to manage the social media networks they are on. We help with content creation, postings and comment moderation as well as monthly reporting so you can see your progress. We also have clients come to us for customization of their social networks as well as wordpress development.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at the consultants background, experience and recommendations from past clients. For example I do social media so I would recommend you go to my LinkedIn profile at http://www.Linkedin.com/in/KellyMNoble and see what my background is and what my clients have said about me. I would also say you should check and see how the consultant uses social media for their own brand.
