If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I can't say enough good things about Brandon, his son and Garage Complete Colorado. I thought that the cables snapped on my garage door and found Garage Complete Colorado on Thumbtack. He couldn't make it before 6:00 pm. He gave me a courtesy call before arrival to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes. When Brandon inspected the door, he told me that the spring had broke. He took measurements and told me that he would have to order the spring the next morning. He called me the next morning and told me that it would be ready about 4:30 because it had to be made and said he would be back at my house at 6:00. Again, he called to let me know he was 15-18 minutes away and arrived right on time. His son was with him to help and they got right to work. The cables were not broke so he didn't need to replace them so he saved that charge. He made sure everything else was in working order and made any adjustments that were necessary. His prices are very reasonable. JOB WELL DONE! Thank you both for a great job.

I had my garage door come loose from the track. Brandon came out at 6pm and stayed to fix it. He didnt try to sell extra things (which seems rare these days) and he didnt charge me for after hours even though it was far past work hours. I appreciated his honesty and he did a great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to have a standardized pricing system. Garage repairs can vary but I will always come out and give an honest and free estimate. I'll show you exactly what I'm seeing and you can decide what we do from there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss initially over the phone so I can get an idea of what is happening, then we'll schedule a time to do a visual and thorough estimate. Most of the time, I'm able to do repairs right then. If I have to get particular parts, I'll be back within one business day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of repair experience. I've worked residential and commercial, and have taken many out-of-state educational seminars.
