- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to have a standardized pricing system. Garage repairs can vary but I will always come out and give an honest and free estimate. I'll show you exactly what I'm seeing and you can decide what we do from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss initially over the phone so I can get an idea of what is happening, then we'll schedule a time to do a visual and thorough estimate. Most of the time, I'm able to do repairs right then. If I have to get particular parts, I'll be back within one business day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of repair experience. I've worked residential and commercial, and have taken many out-of-state educational seminars.
