- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour per head. I provide my own environmental friendly cleaning products, I keep myself within budget and I’m fair with my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m pretty straight forward. I typically coordinate a time/location after discussing what type of clean needs to be done either over the phone/email. Set up arrangements on how to get in to the clean. I’m not big on giving definite quotes, but will offer an estimate after a walk through if needed because every clean is different once started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in property management for many years myself, I was a supervisor for housekeeping in five star national park hotels, five star luxury resorts as well as owned my own vacation rentals, have worked for many years for well known large vacation rental teams and have developed a keen eye for what needs to be done right. I believe in organization and know what products to use on any surfaces. In my years of profession I have met every type of cleaning task. I strive for punctuality, honesty and cleanliness has always been a cornerstone to my work ethic.
