- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing. Every project is priced based on the scope of work, materials, and time required, so customers know exactly what they are paying for upfront. There are no hidden fees. We are happy to provide free estimates and explain different options to fit your budget. For larger projects or repeat customers, we may offer flexible pricing or bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your needs, vision, and timeline. Then we schedule an on-site visit to assess the space and take accurate measurements. After that, we provide a clear written estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the work, protect the area, complete the project efficiently, and do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on training and many years working directly in interior painting, drywall installation and repair, and deck construction and restoration. Over the years, we’ve learned best practices for surface preparation, finishing, and durability, which allows us to deliver high-quality, long-lasting results.
