- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base most of my estimates on the National Remodeling Costbook which is the national average for remodeling work. The ones that I cannot use the estimator for are based on prior experience with a similar project. Our pricing for handyman projects is based on our ability to do any project in a short amount of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to make the process as streamlined and easy as possible. We try to envision what the customer is trying to achieve and make that happen. We know that customers time is valuable and we try not to waste their time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my partner started in law enforcement over 20 years ago. We managed our construction company on our days off. After serving the community for many years we both retired from that field and continued with our passion of home renovations and repairs. We have our Residential Contractors License, Home Inspector certification, and over 10 years experience in the home repair field.
