--10% VETERAN or SENIOR discount on all cleanings. Just ask for discount. -1 Room $75 -2 Room $90 -3 Room $105 -4 Room $140 -5 Room $175 -6 Room $205 -1 Hallway always included at no additional cost -Bathrooms and closets are always free with cleaning -Add Staircase or room $35 or replace a room with a staircase Upholstery Sofa $80 Loveseat $60 Chair $60 All three pieces cleaned together $170 Carpet Protectant $10-15 per room (depends on size) Pet odor removal $10-15 per room in most cases If pet odor problem is severe we use Smell Away Solutions product and inject the carpet so the smell is removed from the padding as well This pricing is from $85 and up depending on the amount that is needed and rooms effected. Smoke odor removal from cars and house as well. Including walls/ceilings/carpets. Call for pricing as it varies depending on size of effected areas. -Schedule an appointment via phone, text, online booking or email. Guaranteed quote! -Personal phone call 20-30 minutes before arrival by technician -Walk through of areas needed to be clean and any problem areas to focus on. -Appropriate Cleaning services performed -Payment only upon completion of work. -We accept all major Credit Cards, checks, or cash.
