Doug and I have done several jobs together. As a Team. He was my General Foreman, and as such, won the respect of everyone on my crews. The largest of them being over 400 men on an 85 acre site. I don’t recall Doug ever missing a day (unless planned), and was always the first to arrive and the last to leave each day. Can’t say enough about him. I am a General Contractor, and was the General Superintendent for Beck Colorado.

I'm very glad I checked the papers that was left In my yard. That's where I ran across his ad in the (market place) and that was a blessing because I was trying to find someone for a long time and there was this ad with the tools. Hammer, saw etc. and I said 🤔 maybe this is my lucky day I will give it a try. I'm HAPPY I did. He did an excellent job!! Thanks Doug, I will be lookinforward to seeing you in a few months. I promise I will not wait as many years as I did this time. Only months, the deck will be at the top of my TO DO list.👍

My sister asked if he could oversee renovation of her 1905 home. The house was run down and falling in. The addition, which included a bathroom I have pictured below if before and after. New roof, remove siding, repair basement walls which were falling in, build two porches. Doug worked seven days a week for nine weeks to oversee the project with engineers and do a thorough job of all carpentry and materials. We are expecting a great price even in these times as the home is located a block from two hospitals in Billings, Montana.

Labor plus materials. Pricing is not exaggerated or inflated. I am fair and honest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet the customer (face masks and social distancing very important for the meeting), ask them what their expectations are and give the customer my thoughts or concerns and ask them what their thoughts are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the building business since high school. I started building fence, roofing, and then worked for a well known Construction Company until I moved to Nebraska and we started a family business. I have worked in all phases of the building business. I am OSHA certified. My education has come from learning from some of the best carpenters in the business.
