Everyone at IMS was steller today. I aapreciate the receptionist, customer service woman, The tecnician, Ramiro, managment and owners. 90 plus temeratures the AC quit working. I am sure IMS jumped through hoops to get Ramiro to repair the unit quickly before noon. Ramiro showed parts of the AC and explained how it worked, identified the broken parts and installed them quickly. Great job IMS TEAM .
