We hired Jim to do a very big partial basement finish in Johnstown, CO of almost 1,000 SF. It included a recording studio, exercise room, hallway, half bath, and large entertainment room. Jim and crew member Glen did all work except electrical which Jim subcontracted out. Jim took care of pulling the construction permit and inspections. The job was started in Nov 2014 and finished the first week in Feb 2015 even with the off-time I requested during Thanksgiving and two weeks around Christmas. These guys were always on-time, every day, and diligent in adhering to their own elevated work ethic. It's something very refreshing to see. I've too often experienced the polar opposite when dealing with construction guys. Jim sticks to his words and promises. I never had to worry that he wouldn't. I never thought this fairly big project would actually have an element of fun to it, but Jim and Glen have the attitude that often made it that way. I think Jim's work speaks for itself. He takes care to do things right, and is skilled in virtually all aspects of home construction. There is no doubt I will be asking Jim back for future projects as they come up. Trust is a mighty thing, and I have plenty of it in Jim.

I had Jim completely renovate my home. He put in hard flooring throughout the entire house and stairway, knocked out a partial wall to my kitchen, painted the entire house, got rid of the old popcorn ceiling and more. From the beginning to the end, Jim was always easy to contact and he communicated very effectively. I arrived in Fort Collins on the day he finished and we did a walk through. My jaw just dropped as he showed me all the new updates. He went above and beyond and really made sure everything was done perfectly. He started and finished on time and stayed within my budget. I am constantly getting compliments on all of the renovations. I will be sure to contact him again when I have my next big project. Thank you, Jim for such a wonderful experience and working with me even though I was out-of-state the entire time.

Jim and his Crew do excellent work. We have been looking for contractors, builders, finishers and all kinds of people to hire to finish our basement, and we ended up going with Jim and Integrity Remodeling. Are we glad we did!! Jim does most all the work himself with his own employee which saved us on having to hire a contractor and pay them to hire out other companies to complete the job in pieces. With Jim and his employee, we knew who we were getting, he talked to us everyday and kept us up to date on the process, and is very easy to talk to. He gives great recommendations and sure does know what he is doing. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a basement finish, remodel, service or anything of that nature. We plan to use him to help us with our upstairs remodel now!! Thanks Jim!!!

Jim did a complete bathroom remodel for us in just over one week. We are very pleased with how it turned out. He takes the time to find out what exactly you want and he'll do everything to make sure you get it and for a reasonable price.
