I had researched a handful of junk removal companies to help haul junk out of our basement. We had 10 years of STUFF everywhere. I settled on Junk King after speaking to their phone reps. They were organized and professional from the start. The other companies I called were all over the place. Junk King showed up on time, and were extremely professional. We ended up having far more stuff then we imagined and they were very upfront about the extra costs. They worked very hard to condense boxes and break down items to keep us from being charged extra. They even hauled off an old CRT TV for a much more reasonable price than any of the other companies ( I had researched that cost as well). I can't say enough about their service. I've been a mortgage banker for over 25 years and will gladly refer them to all of my clients.

There was a misunderstanding with the pick up date but they were very accommodating with rescheduling to my original requested date. The guys called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up exactly on time. Both were friendly, efficient and careful with the removal. I would not hesitate to use them again and to refer the service to others.

Junk King notified me immediately that they received my request, quoted their charge and made an appointment to come and pick up my "stuff". They were here on time, stuck to our agreement even though we threw in a couple of extra items. I will definitely call them when I have more "stuff".

Jobs are priced based on volume or how much space in our truck is needed to complete the job. Our trucks hold about 6 pickup loads. No job too small or too big!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to determine a fair price for the job with the customer before any work is completed. Sometimes this involves a visit to the job. Once a price has been determined, the job is booked and completed as soon as possible.

Homeowners, renters, commercial businesses, property managers, real estate agents, homeowners' associations, government municipalities, anybody that needs junk hauled away.
