- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is unique for each project. No two are the same so I like to discuss the entire scope of their project before providing a detailed quote. I never sell items you don’t need or want, but want to be sure you get the quality you deserve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love listening to the clients needs, I get a true scope of their project and offer suggestions. Then keeping them in the loop with changes/revisions with design before getting final approval to install and develop their new website. Then test, test, test to be sure everything is working top notch.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Building computers in high school. Even before Google.com. I was hooked on computers and love designing websites.
