- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well we offer a great flat rate. We charge by the square foot with no hidden fees. Again, we don't start until you know what you're paying.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like to give as accurate of a quote as we can over the phone. Once were there, we discuss our organic plant based process, walk around the house to find the troubled spots and talk them through saving as much money as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting my own business I worked with family. I also worked in the customer service industry for 10 years!
