- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have been providing day training for Telli, a black lab puppy, since she was 3 months old. I visit her 4 times per week while her parents a work, and we learn how to eat, walk, greet and play politely. Her parents are first time owners and are very grateful for the knowledge and training tips that I have provided them, so they are able to carry on with educating Telli when they get home. Telli is now 6 months old, and has developed into a very happy, confident adolescent pup, making her parents very proud everywhere they take her.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure you are comfortable with the training techniques being used on your dog. Every trainer will have a different method, style, view on a behavior. Some are more effective than others, however the most important aspect is that both you and your dog enjoy the session!
