- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done on an hourly basis or fix project price. A fixed price is easily provided if client understands his/her requirements and desired output.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally start a new customer engagement with a no-charge discovery meeting to better understand the client's organization, project needs, and expected outcomes. This also allows us the set the structure and milestones for the project.
