- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a member of the Boulder County and Colorado Bar Associations, I keep current with continuing legal education seminars.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like doing three things: arguing, telling stories, and researching. The law lets me do all three.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are comfortable with your attorney. Your gut is your first and often best judge of character. Check your attorney's background. Did they spend a 5-10 years with government or non-profit work? If so, they probably are not in it for the money. Ask your attorney if they will scale their fees based on your income.
