- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t base my price off of hours I base it off of the job I’m doing and what you are looking for. I’m quality over quantity guy and if I base it off of hours I am going to work as fast as I can and that leads to lower quality work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet in person and look at the job before I even give an estimate, first thing is first I want to make sure I am a good fit for you then go from there
