First session is always FREE!! Additionally there are discounted rates for 1/2 sessions and package deals such as 10-Sessions saving you $100!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a conversation about your goals and what you're looking to gain from working with me takes place. Then a fitness assessment is next to see what limitations or injuries if any are present. Finally moving in to structuring a workout program and schedule! The same thing applies to nutrition however, instead of a fitness assessment it would be talking about dietary restrictions and eating habits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a few Certifications such as Personal Trainer, Speed Agility and Quickness Specialization, Nutritionist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Weight Loss Specialist!
