- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering free estimates and no dispatch fees. We provide flat upfront pricing at that time with no forced commitment. We are currently offering $100 of all water heater installations. We also offer our Penguin Protection Plan membership at $19/month, which includes annual maintenance visits and priority scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick call or message to understand what's going on. We'll get you on the schedule fast - usually within 24-48 hours. Our tech shows up on time in a marked van, does a full diagnostic, and walks you through exactly what's needed and what it costs before touching anything. Once you approve, we get to work. After the job we send a full digital summary and follow up to make sure everything is right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds Colorado Master Plumber licensing - the highest credential the state issues. All work is performed under a licensed Colorado Plumbing Contractor registration with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and meets or exceeds all Colorado and local code requirements. Every technician on our team is trained to our internal standards before stepping foot in a customer's home, with ongoing training as new systems and technologies emerge. We don't cut corners on credentials or preparation - that's non-negotiable for us.
