FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start out by giving a discounted price to a first-time customer. I always believe and given a discounted price first because they do not know me and I do not know them. But once I have done the first job for them then my prices are back to normal. Usually once people see the quality of my work and my work ethic then that speaks for itself. I am not the most expensive but neither the cheapest. If you want a good quality person honest and dependable and who will show up when they say they will then I am a good choice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this type of work when I was 19 years old. Initially After High School I thought I would want to work in an office, after six months of that I realized it was not for me. I then proceeded to work for a friend of ours who was a custom Trim Carpenter in Texas. After about 3 years I moved with another company doing the same thing for a few more years then went to framing homes. This was exceptionally challenging and hard work but rewarding at the same time. Then after that I spent about 4 or 5 years with a Remodeling Company and after that that's when I went on my own since then I have learned drywall, electrical and plumbing. I pride myself in being a one-stop-shop for most residential needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers, from young to old and most of them very nice and friendly. I have work for people and all trades doctors business people Etc. no matter who I work for I always want the same outcome in that is a 100% satisfied client. I do not like to do one job for someone but rather I would like to build a lifelong relationship for years to come.
