Rates vary per project. The complexity and severity of the work will influence final pricing. General Handyman Work $100/hour (2-hour minimum) Electrical (fixture swaps & small projects) $120/hour or per fixture (depending on complexity) Plumbing (basic installs & repairs) $120–$140/hour Ladder / Roof Work +$25/hour (so $125–$165/hour depending on task) Emergency & Weekend Work +50% surcharge (example: $150/hour handyman rate) Average Full Day (8 hrs) $800–$950
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with my clients to assure their vision and needs are met. I can help walk you through all questions and concerns for all budgets.
