Introduction: My company specializes in offering mobile services in both massage therapy and private yoga instruction. As lead therapist, I have been a massage practitioner for almost 10 years and teaching yoga for more than 5 years. The best combination is a 60-minute yoga session (for 1 or more), and a 75-minute massage to follow. But of course, services can be employed individually as well. It's not only experience and professionalism, but also attention to detail and true skill that makes Kainalu yoga and massage unique.
