- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing system as we have so many choices for our clients. Pricing varies on product, fabrics and lifting systems, however, we are competitive in our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we come out, listen to the client so we can offer suggestions for their exact needs/likes as far as window coverings, then match color samples and operating systems that fit those needs. We then submit a proposal, most of the time by email If accepted we collect the deposit and place the order. Time frame depends on product order. Average time is 2-3 weeks from order to install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
David's back ground is in new home construction. He was a project manager for 15 plus years and his area was interior trim. He did attend two years at a Junior college as well and is a Hunter Douglas Certified Installer. Training is ongoing and continuous through Hunter Douglas so all employees are kept up to date on new styles and products when it comes to window fashions.
