- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always trying to find ways to give our customers the best price. We offer military and senior discounts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always introduce myself and the company. We then discuss the needed services, which lead us to an appointment for an in-person inspection. Then, an estimated cost of service is rendered. Lastly, if given the opportunity, we work for you! Ensuring the job we were hired for is done properly, correctly, and honestly. We are always working with our customer's needs, while being punctual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA and HVAC certified. 15+ years of experience. Company is also insured.
