Carlos did a very thorough job. After our previous chimney sweep retired, we found another who did the job for the last 2 years. He did not go on the roof, so just swept from the stove up. Turns out that, as a result, we had build-up at the top of the chimney. We noticed that there were sparks blowing out one night. Not good! Carlos cleaned it and showed us pictures.
