Carlos was amazing! He was tied up with other projects, so he walked me through step by step on how to fix my pilot light issue. After using a little sandpaper and following his instructions, it's working! Best yet, he didn't charge me anything for his time. Carlos is amazing! He was extremely responsive leading up to the job and day of he was able to fit us in earlier to his schedule which worked out great for us. He was professional, punctual, and when here called me over a few times to show exactly what he was doing and why which was very helpful and appreciated. Carlos showed up when he said he would. He confirmed appointments and arrival. This is a rare trait for contractors. He was practical and didn’t try to squeeze more money out of the job.
