Carlos sealed up my rusty galvanized chimney chase cover. He also removed some loose paint and sealed those areas along with other gaps he noticed in the siding. I expect this rubberized coating to last for years. Carlos communicated well, was punctual and professional, and most importantly did great work for a reasonable price.
