We have needed a sprinkler system installed in our back yard in Frederick for 12 years and finally decided to get it done. I initially bid the job out to two contractors - one was a jerk and the other showed up for the estimate and then went dark for several days. I decided to bid it to a third contractor and I'm glad I did. Fausto with Iron Rose came out the next day and offered some helpful insight on what they could do and sent me their bid the following day. They were not the lowest bid, but the quality of work, better materials (they used 1 inch tubing and 6 inch rotary sprayers in our yard instead of the typical 4 inch ones that others will use, which is great), and responsiveness were well worth the higher bid price. They completed the work less than a week later over 2 days which included a new outdoor controller, two valve boxes, 5 new zones, and tied in our existing front yard zones into the new controller. Fausto and his crew of 3 were on time in the morning both days and got a lot done each day. The final product is excellent. Highly recommended for irrigation work.
