I appreciate that Chris didn't try to sell me the most expensive thing when that wasn't what I needed to meet my objectives. He listened to what I wanted and recommended what would he thought the best solution was. He was courteous, professional, on time, and explained everything. His price was 5 times less then a quote I got from someone trying to sell me the most expensive thing they had in their inventory. Would definitely recommend. Do your due diligence and research and you will see he knows what he is talking about, and is the best choice for water filtration.

I got a same day call back. Chris had done several installations in my neighborhood. He knew the details working with a community well system. Chris did a great job installing a whole house watertreatmentsystem. The cost very reasonable. Took the time to protect carpet and left the work site clean and tidy. Installing the reverse osmosis unit in the basement instead of under the kitchen sink was an excellent idea.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pretty much. The last few "whole house systems" I did were less than 2000. It depends on the plumbing of course and wells require unique solutions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first Listen to the customer to understand the issues they are having with water quality and their priorities. I then test the water either on-site, through a laboratory, or get information from their local water department. I usually need to visit the home or business to determine if space is available and to estimate the installation (there is no charge for an initial consultation). After this, I am able to offer a proposal for the correct system to meet the customer's needs and that specifically sized/designed for the application and water conditions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in Environmental Engineering and Electronics technology. I am a Water Quality Association (WQA) certified water specialist.
