Crystal did an amazing job at being my day-of wedding coordinator! From the first day that I met with her for a free consultation, talking through some of the ideas I envisioned for my wedding, she was thoughtful, engaged, and genuinely cared about what I was hoping and dreaming for my big day. After I hired Crystal @ Memory Maker, she was happy to work with me via phone calls, texts, emails to answer questions and help provide information on an unlimited basis. The week of my wedding, she made me feel at ease as she finalized the plans for the timeline of my wedding day and worked with my vendors to ensure a smooth wedding day. On my wedding day, I felt totally comfortable knowing that Crystal would make things happen and everything would be fine. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to provide my clients with a quote first, so we can agree on the price that best suits their needs. The free consultation is $99 and we will sit down and gather all the details for your event, so that I can customize my services to fit your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet and get a good understanding of my clients needs to build a quote. That quote will be sent within 24 hours of meeting and I wait to hear back on the clients decisions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am working towards my certifications in my field to continue to improve myself and be up to date on the latest trends.
