- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is to meet and identify your areas of concern and objectives. From there, coupled with an assessment, we can discuss the scope of the consulting and which areas of the business are causing the biggest barriers to growth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a member and leader in several different professional service industry agencies. I was professionally trained on how to grow a small business for twelve years. I am a consultant who has built and sold over ten small businesses.
