Introduction: I truly care about the opinions of my customer. I take all their ideas and feedback into consideration and try to address all that I can. If there ideas can't work, are really expensive or just don't make sense for the project, I will let them know my opinion before moving forward on them. Working closely with customers. It starts from the designs of their various projects, picking colors and finishing up through the end of the work. I try to have my customer involved as much as they are able to.

Project was replacing 2 small 40 year-old restrooms in a church building with a new Family Restroom. We encountered several unexpected problems including modifications required to structural lumber framing, plumbing modifications, etc.. James and especially Jaime, the job foreman, capably addressed the problems and accomplished the goals of the project. Because of the unexpected problems, we replaced the original fixed price contract with a 'time and materials' contract. JB never took advantage of the T&M arrangement and only did the work necessary. The cost of the project was higher than originally estimated but we were very pleased with the finished product.

I do all I can to work within a given budget or come up with a budget that works for everyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet the client in person (or via zoom/skype) and introduce myself. From there, we will discuss the project and go over any questions that may come up. After that I will work diligently to come up with ideas, pricing, etc. and work to become their contractor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. I belong to the International Code Council and try to stay on top of the new code updates.
