FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no surprises. Our service calls include a professional assessment of your fireplace, and any additional repairs or recommended services are discussed with you before work begins. We focus on quality workmanship, safety, and getting the most out of your fireplace.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your fireplace and your concerns. We then inspect the system, perform the agreed-upon service, explain our findings, and recommend any necessary maintenance or upgrades. Before any additional work is performed, we review the options with you so you can make an informed decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience in fireplace service has given me hands-on knowledge of gas fireplace operation, troubleshooting, cleaning, maintenance, and component replacement. I focus on understanding each system, identifying issues, and helping homeowners make informed decisions about the care and performance of their fireplaces.
