When Sam was working for greener solutions he was professional, talked me through every step of the process so I knew what was happening. Sam went to work and within 10 minutes found the problem with my heater and he already had the part with him to fix the issue immediately! He was very upfront with the whole issue and made the problem disappear the same day he came out. And now that he is starting his own hvac business I will only call him in the future for any of my hvac needs!!
