- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first design meeting is a flat fee of $100-$250 based on location. We charge on an hourly basis, but we provide a detailed estimated design proposal based on the particular project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with the client at their current home/building or new building site. We analyze what the client would like and provide a proposal based on that information. We then proceed to draw schematics drawings, until the floor plan and elevations please the client's wishes and preferred appearance. Then we proceed to preliminary drawings for cost estimates. Once the projected cost is satisfactory, we proceed to construction documents for the building department and contractors to build off. During construction we also help with construction oversite if needed and building products if requested.
