We have been in business since 1981servicing the state of Colorado in asphalt repairs and new asphalt installations. Our warranties are not matched we offer a one-year warranty to support the weight up to 30,000 lbs with service. Jesse, the owner of ACSS recently finished removing damaged concrete and applying asphalt adjacent to my garage and along my extended driveway. He and his crew did a fantastic job. He always kept in contact and updated me on changes with weather, etc. If you need expert concrete or asphalt work done, his company is the one to call.

Jesse patched and sealed my really large driveway two years ago. The driveway looked great when he was done and the potholes and cracks have not returned in two years. I just contacted him about a concern I had in the lower part of the driveway. He responded immediately and met me at the site in thirty minutes. He quickly responded to my concern and offered me whatever was necessary to make the area look like new again. He was kind and courteous during the whole process. Thanks, Jesse

A&C Surplus has sealed my parking lots twice and also done the snow plowing at my business for about six or seven years. I have always found them to be reliable, very reasonably priced, and to do good work. On the occasion or two when I've wanted something done differently, Jesse has always listened and made it right. As a young man, I entered this Business in 1979, I have learned theis Business through working with other Asphalt Companies,being promoted to supervisor, or Foreman.

My mothers church, had a member that was a asphalt contractor. I got in contact with him, and I have been doing it ever since.
