All services are flat rate $100 per hour plus materials, minimum 1 hour to include cable hidden in walls, cable clean up, cable additions/moves, network troubleshooting and installation, computer and server repair/update/upgrade, WiFi optimization and printer support. TV wall mount $200 flat no hourly charge.

Most pricing is a flat rate $100 diagnostic and $100 per hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the issue or project on the phone then schedule an onsite visit. Typically I will begin work at the onsite visit if parts are not required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a communications specialist in the Army holding 2 MOSs, Radio Operator/Maintainer and Signal Support Systems Specialist. I also have an AS in Computer and Network Administration and a BS in Information Technology I have experience working for large Managed Service Providers and Internet Service Providers for the last 15years.
