- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most pricing is a flat rate. $200 for TV wall mounts or $100 per hour for technical support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the issue or project on the phone then schedule an onsite visit. Typically I will begin work at the onsite visit if parts are not required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a communications specialist in the Army holding 2 MOSs, Radio Operator/Maintainer and Signal Support Systems Specialist. I have experience working for large Managed Service Providers and Internet Service Providers for the last 15years. I have an AS in Computer and Network Administration and working on a BS in Information Technology.
