We had Levi and his team come out to paint our interior doors, trim, and baseboards. We also had our front door, mantle, and stair banister painted. Levi was extremely responsive and came over to give us an estimate promptly. He added us to his work schedule and showed up and got the work done! We did a walk through with him and he was available for questions. All in all it was a great experience and we are really happy about how it all turned out!

UPDATE: After I posted my initial review below, Levi immediately responded to the review and reached out privately to send me a screenshot of the text he sent with the invoice. I never received the text and I wrongly assumed that he would send it through Thumbtack, since that's how we initially connected. At the same time, he says he turned off Thumbtack and wasn't receiving the messages I was sending through it. Unfortunately, due to the delay caused by misunderstandings and missed communications, I had to go with another option for my project. But I appreciate Levi reaching out to clarify and am adjusting the review/rating accordingly. ******** The experience started great with Levi quickly scheduling a time to come give us a quote. He was delayed a bit and communicated that to me. He looked at our job and gave me an estimate and then told me he would send an invoice that evening. He was polite, professional, and energetic and I looked forward to working with him. It has now been 10 days since our last contact and I have heard nothing from him, despite my reaching out to him twice and offering a number of ways to get in touch. I can only assume that our project was too small (although I was detailed in how I described it before he came out) and it wasn't worth his time. I completely understand that if that was the case. However, a quick note to let us know that it wasn't a good fit for him would have been appreciated. That way, we could have been looking for another painter to do the job rather than wasting time waiting on him. Very disappointing.
