Introduction: Roger Himes, Esq. I took very early retirement after 25 years as a lawyer handling litigation and various other legal matters. Now I am back doing limited legal work, out of my home instead of an office, and passing on savings to my clients. If you don't need someone with a large prestigious office, my fees are $100 per hour rather than the standard $250-350. However, I do no court appearances, and only do things I can do at home on my computer: wills, trusts, estates and probate, and business matters such as corps, LLCs, non profits, and 501(c)(3) filings.
