FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are less expensive then most of our competitors because we have very little overhead and a small, but skilled crew. With little overhead we can charge much less and still give you top quality work with excellent customer service along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the entire process working with us very easy on the customer. When we first meet to do a walk through, it typically only takes 30-45 minutes. We take some measurement, snap a couple of pictures and ask a few questions. You will receive a line item bid, via email, within a day or two, which breaks down the cost of your entire project. If you like the bid and want to move forward, we meet again to go over paperwork and collect deposit to schedule your project. (Deposits are typically 25% of contract).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education in construction management and building construction technology as well as a degree in operations management. I always loved carpentry and grew up working with my hands building things like sheds, tree houses, tools and furniture. I strive hard for perfection and will give you quality and professional service that is top notch.
