- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, transparent, and competitive pricing. Every project is different, so we provide free estimates and custom pricing based on the customer’s needs, property size, and project details. We also try to work within different budgets whenever possible while still delivering quality results. There are no hidden fees, and we make sure everything is clearly explained before starting any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with an estimate to understand the customer’s vision, goals, and budget. From there, we schedule a free estimate and walk through the property to discuss ideas and recommendations. Once we agree on the project details, we create a plan, schedule the work, and provide information throughout the process to ensure the customer is satisfied every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on training and years of working directly in landscaping and outdoor improvement projects. We have developed skills through real-world experience in lawn care, sod installation, rock work, irrigation, cleanups, planting, and landscape design. We continuously learn new techniques, equipment operation, and best practices to provide quality results and personalized service for every customer. Our focus is on hard work, attention to detail, and creating outdoor spaces that customers can enjoy for years to come.
