Painting Lessons
My 5 yo son had his first lesson yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with everything! My son really enjoyed it, created a beautiful "masterpiece", and I am very satisfied with the setting and instructor. Lane is amazing, very patient, and of course super blessed with artistic talent.

Painting Lessons
My 8 year old granddaughter and I took art lessons from Lane together. We met about 5 times for an hour and a half each time. Lane is kind and worked very well with each of us. She helped us break down the process so that we were able to be successful. My granddaughter loved Lane's demeanor, she asked questions and learned many new techniques. Lane made her feel like an artist. We will do this again for a special treat.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There are several options for art classes. Group classes for kids or adults is $65 for any 4 one hour long classes. There is a one time registration fee of $20 per student to help offset the cost of supplies, once you pay that you don't pay it again as long as your student comes to classes. Private classes are $25 per hour. Semi private classes (2-3 students) are $20 per hour per student - all supplies are included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I encourage the students to select an image they want to paint, draw or create. I have lots of great materials here they can choose from or they are welcome to bring images in to create. This allows me to help them work out the best way to approach the painting step by step. We talk through color selections the use of complimentary colors, and what will make a painting really pop. I demonstrate brush strokes and mixing techniques so they students understand how to achieve different effects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied at the London Fine Art School in England for a short stint, and also the Scottsdale school of the Arts. I have had several amazing teachers and mentors locally that I have been blessed to study under and work with.
