- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All quotes are created by a case-by-case basis. Please contact with details regarding your event needs. Details such as type of service needed, guest count, menu requests, date and time of event are all appreciated information that will help be give you a proper estimate as well as determine if I am a good fit for what you are seeking!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacted, I prefer to set up a consultation, whether virtually (for private dining experiences, cooking classes and catering) or in person (for weekly meal preparation) to properly introduce myself, my services and pricing. As well as get to know you and about the service(s) you are looking for!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of experience in the culinary industry. Formally educated through Rocky Mountain Chefs of Colorado Apprenticeship Program with an Associates for Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts. Work experience from large scale hotel banquet operations to fine dining, personal chef services to catering.
